Sticky date

Made at camp at Uluru. The date mixture sat all day in a zip lock bag, before final mixing. This pudding recipe is just great, so light and luscious. I also made toffee
Sauce on the campfire, you make caramel first and add cream.
Took three goes to get the horrible lumpy sugar to caramelise and one pot had a lot of char but we got there in the end!
