Apple Tree Lichen

For years I thought the trunk of my apple tree had white bark, until I took a macro of something sitting on it. To my surprise I discovered the lichen. I think it’s Lecanora carpinea. The green patches are a combination of a green lichen, possibly Parmelina, and moss. The touches of brown are the actual bark.
