Rain all Day

What’s a miserable cold day. I went to my Chi gung class which was not surprisingly fairly empty. As I was passing the canal in the pouring rain and I paused to get this picture on my way to get a coffee.
I wished I had my gloves as my hands were so cold. It still feels like winter.
