Weinachtsmarkt.

It is getting closer to Christmas, so what better to get us in the mood than a visit to a real German Christmas market?

We used to live in Bonn for 6 years, so today we headed back for a nostalgic visit..
Sadly we had no snow but lots of rain, but after a mug of Gluhwein all looked great!
We had our flavours of Germany for dinner with bratwurst, currywurst , backfisch and also some reiberkuchen...yummm
I took lots of pictures of decorations, food and also the window display of animated Steiff toys - cute!

I liked this best because it is getting darker so you can see the lights, but also the wheel is in focus but the rushing crowds in the rain are blurred- like we wish the rain was!
