Rusty Padlock

This padlock is securing grills over the windows on a council building.  I don't think the padlock is ever removed but I suspect it wouldn't open if anyone tried.  All the other padlocks around the building were bright and shiny but I loved the rusty colour on this one and how it tones with the faded peeling yellow paint on the grill.
