Magical Spring

Got my car back from the garage- goodness me that was incredibly expensive but I’ve at least now got new tyres, a very good set of breaks and it’s had a major service. Such a relief to get my car back, it’s horrible not to have it.

Last night my yoga teacher actually picked me up from home to take me to class. We did ‘groins’ yoga which left me with shaky legs and stiff hips today. It’s certainly an exercise I need to do more of before I seize up completely . Walked a couple of miles to collect the car and had to navigate 2 styles with stiff hips and legs - ouch!
