Flower Friday

With the optional theme of Leaf/leaves.  With some flowers thrown in too.  As you can see, more rain today.  I did like the way the drops looked like little jewels on the leaves.  Went to a once-a-year garden center today to pick up some annuals and veggies for the garden - they're only open Mother's Day Weekend which I think is the second weekend in May and it's crowded. There are lines to check out, cash or check only and a lot of camaraderie while standing in line.  The greenhouse is about 40 miles away and I go with a friend and we always stop for brunch in a sweet little local restaurant where the food is inexpensive and delicious.  

In extra, one of the tulips that opened in the warm sun yesterday and closed up again today.
