The photograph makes it look brighter than it really is. We managed to dodge the showers for a quick walk in conditions that another walker we passed described as 'draughty'. He wasn't joking it's cold and very windy.

Spending the afternoon waiting for daughter number 2 to arrive from the deep south and then a Christmas party tonight that I don't want to go to.
