Big beach, big sky

The weather has cheered up! A beautiful day, and the beach really comes to life when the sky is blue and the sun shines on the water. There are still pine needles on the sand from all the wind some days ago. Normally the sand is more pristine.

Most of the day, though, we helped John and Angelo get the house ready for the photographer (for the house sale). We made the house spick and span, washed the lanai and raked the garden. We certainly deserved a nice walk on the beach after that!

We went to Jerry's this evening for another fun music night-. Such fun! He made fondue for us and we ate on the balcony looking out over the ocean and Diamond Head. We love Jerry's tiny apartment. We sang and they played guitar, and Ray merrily applauded us. Lots of fun!
