Parkrun day

A parkrun I did 18months ago my goods 320 runners! So first lap felt like trudging round M25 in rush hour not enjoyable and then to be advised your last PB here was 3mins off that.. did not enjoy start so many people.
Lovely though to see people up walking it, running it, getting out there! It's always parkrun day in our house not Saturday.
Hope everyone enjoyed Saturday inbetween the showers and sun
