squishy saturday

evil bug alert!! Spotted this lily beetle sitting proudly on some Lily leaves this morning - blipped him, squished him LOL! They are such pests and thought i'd been lucky so far not to have spotted any so will have to up patrols!

Managed to get a few little jobs done in the garden this morning before a rain shower stopped me in my tracks! Will have to catch up with the rest of the list tomorrow! Is there a greater feeling than having just finished cutting the grass when you feel the rain start to fall?! Timed it perfectly!
