Chalet in the Spotlight

Wave after wave of rain has swept through our area today, washing away snow in the higher meadows (TonyG will be pleased about that). I managed to sneak a quick walk in this afternoon and, having bought lots of little plants for the vegetable plot, I got very wet and muddy planting them. The Swiss almanac said it was a day for planting leafy plants and I try to follow this advice! David thinks I am nuts....

Thanks so much for all the presents for yesterday's "Himalayan" blip. I posted it so late after a great evening out with close friends. Tomorrow I must try to remember to post before we go to meet old colleagues for the evening.
