Bruschetta

Katie is home for just over 24 hours until she jets off with Chais to Egypt. I decided to cook Italian tonight. This was our starter. Followed by a meat lasagne / lentil lasagne and salad. Dessert is to be profiteroles or lemon tart - or both!
