One Crust Down

Tried out a different kind of bread recipe today, just for a change. It's a variation on a fennel and orange loaf (the actual fancy name is way too pretentious for homemade bread), S's verdict on the crust tasting was 'interesting'. I've reserved judgement for now but will add it to the bread book anyway.
