Rough Waters

There was a strong wind and the waves sloshed about constantly ... but if you look at the extra shot, that was the weather today.

Went to work, worked, went back home.

Doing genealogy research and reading Ishiguro's Never Let Me Go are what I'm doing these days.  The Countess is in Genoa at the moment, looking at what is apparently called 'slow fishing'.  She's also observing how the restaurants make real pesto and looks forward to a sumptious trip.  Actually she wanted to drive alone but her condition won't allow it, so she had to ask her husband if he could take her to Italy for a week.

In the meantime, stepcousin's wife M has moved to another apartment in Manila and has been updating me about various developments there.  There is actually loads to share about that but, somehow, it's a saga I'm not really keen on posting here.

Those geese navigated the wide river rather well.
