Castellare di Tonda Stables

We’ve travelled down to Tuscany for a week of indulgences. L is on a horse riding week and I’m hoping to capture the beauty of the Tuscan countryside.

An early start, up to Manchester Airport, flight to Pisa and then picking up a hire car to transfer to our hotel. We’ve met up with our fellow riders, I’m definitely the token man on the trip! We just had time to orientate ourselves on the hotel estate , before it was time to join the other guests for dinner. All I can say is I’ve never enjoyed profiteroles so much!
