A test of time

Lisa and I checked out some shops in La Conner today and while talking to one of the shop owners, she informed us of a unique wall of a hotel behind her shop that had burned down in the 1800's and because the brick wall was so well built, her building was saved and one wall still remained standing. Part of the wall now has a gazebo attached to it and an outside dining area for guests with a very interesting historic view. Pretty cool hidden history.
