The Road To the Isles

A stunningly beautiful day in Arisaig and perfect running conditions. G and I limped our way through a very slow 10k but at least we finished. L did really well in the half. Outstanding scenery. Lovely to bump into a couple of friends too.

It was back to our house to enjoy bbqd steaks and what turned out to be a rather quiet and early night as we were all so pooped!
