Sunrise

I woke just as the Sun was rising. Here it is from my decking at about 5.45am.

Sickness - Not too bad
Sore Mouth - Not as severe
Sleep - Getting some
Back - Aching
Joints - Aching
Headache - Easing

My daughter will go home this evening so I am starting the day with positive intentions to have the best day we can. Sun is shining, always a good sign.
