New growth

I love this time of year, with everything being so full of life.  Though I'd appreciate it if the weeds were a little less enthusiastic.

This is really pretty new growth on our young copper beech tree - I've never before noticed how colourful it is.

It's much warmer today, and we've had a good day in the garden - weeding and mulching mainly.
