Not sure what this is

Not sure what this is but love that it is made with things from the past.
We went for a coffee at a cafe where the furniture is from the 50's...formica tables, metal legged chairs, vinyl records and posters from the era.
This 'thing' was on a shelf waiting for a buyer.
