Speedwell

Remembered to take my camera with me when out walking today with friends.  I'm a bit disappointed with my photos though - I seem to be having problems getting the focus right. I like taking close-ups of flowers but today, they seem a bit fuzzy.

I want to get better at using my camera before we visit Botswana later this year - at the moment it's still a bit hit and miss!  Any useful tips on websites or places for useful information and guidelines?  I can't afford any lessons or a course...
