Freddie

I spent this afternoon at my friends' giving a (bit of a) helping hand.
This is Freddie the old ram being shorn.
Doug the shearer is wearing some great footwear - they are soft wool moccasin style boots - they help him hook his feet around the sheep and keep it in place - can't feel to do that in wellies!
And I have a fat lip gained while holding one of the Pygmy goats for him to have some healing ointment on his legs and feet. Nothing a large glass if wine won't cure.
note to self : keep face out if the way of goat horns :))
