The Young Ones

After a morning at home, which included sitting in the garden reading the papers whilst having lunch, we went to Warwick to pick up Maureen and Ian and give them a lift to Charlecote Park.  Being a sunny Sunday the place was pretty busy but we soon found some space for a quiet walk by the river which ended at their newly opened eaterie, Wood Yard Cafe. There we had a cup of tea and spent time having a nice chat.

On the way home we dropped in on Tom who seems to be getting on OK, having set up his WiFi and PlayStation to broadcast Sky Go on the TV.

Being Sunday I made a pasta bake for tea, this time using spinach pasta for a change, very nice.

The deer where a little distance away, these young grazing quietly. I didn't notice until I processed the photo that in the background is a pair of geese with their brood of babies.
