Birthday Boy...

Woke up to sunshine and blue skies again.  I checked the weather app and it says this weather has to continue for the rest of the week.  I hope that's accurate.

It was Adrian's birthday last week so he and Agnes arrived at 1pm and we headed off to treat him to a birthday lunch at Broadslap.  Two days in a row there for lunch.  We should get a loyalty discount :-))  

The weather was beautiful when we left so we headed back to enjoy the Gin Palace.  Of course I had to get a birthday portrait of Adrian and that had to be my blip.  

Lola is loving playing in the garden while we sit in the GP.  Now that she's older and a little more sensible we can relax a bit and allow her the freedom to run about and explore.  Thankfully she no longer tries to dig herself to Australia like she did when she was a puppy, and she pops into the GP every few minutes to let us admire her and collect a treat  :-))

Agnes and Adrian left just after 6pm and we had some cheese and biscuits and fruit for dinner as were still fairly full from lunch.  Now casting my eye over what's happening this coming week and writing my to-do list, then it will be time for a blip catch up :-))
