Every wednesday FørdIL hold an orienteering race, 3 courses: technical long, short, and beginner. The terrain was very nice, and the views were stunning.

Quite a drama at the end, one of the participants finished, then began having severe chest pain. An ambulance was called to swiftly take him to hospital, where it was confirmed he had a heart attack. Currently recovering in Bergen after having a stent implanted.
