Puffin Love

Another beautiful sunny day, and it was time to head off on the stunning jade coloured open water to the Treshnish Isles. A joyful day spent getting very close indeed to these amusing, adorable and characterful creatures. Other birds were available; guillemots, cormorants and terns. A stop on the way home to the majestic island of Staffa and just when we thought the day couldn’t get any better, we were accompanied by a pod of about 20 dolphins playing and jumping in the boats wake on the way back. Simply amazeballs.
