Happy Birthday Gi-Gi.

The grandchildren call my wife Gi-Gi.  For her birthday they helped their mom bake her a gluten-free carrot cake from scratch. The result was a big mess, but a lovely and delicious little cake.  It was a very spontaneous, fun little party.
