Gain in weight this week after 5 weeks of losses

Had celebratory meal with family last Saturday in Birds and Bees and the resultant weight gain was hard to shift, indeed it appeared to consolidate as the week progressed and the resultant average weight for week was 1.7lb more than the week before. It was only with Saturday and Sunday’s weigh-ins that I appear to get back on track. Hoping to be able to report that I have lost the weight gained, and more, this Sunday coming.
