Let's hear it for the Babies!

I went shopping today and stopped by the Glass House :)

The glass house is the main stage for a Dutch fundraiser event, Serious Request, held every year since 2004, during the week before Christmas, organized by a Dutch radio station (3FM).
The DJs stay in the house until Christmas eve, and they eat/drink nothing but fluids. Interesting smoothies pass by :)
This year's raised money will go to the red cross, to be used to reduce infant mortality, issues with child birth, baby deaths, etc., such that babies and their moms will be taken better care of and will be safer all around the world.

The current estimate of what has been raised is 6.142.180 euro. Excited to see how much it will be tomorrow!

I cannot think of a better pic to celebrate, as I fully endorse the Serious Request project. So to all you Dutchies, if you have not done so already, please donate!
