Halo

We had very nice weather this morning, I noticed the sun had a halo which often means change of weather. It did indeed change. A cold front has swept over us and estimated temperature tonight will be 1-5 degrees.
Plants go back in. I thought it made a nice photo from where I was sitting.

Spent the morning weeding a bit and when it got cold I went inside for the rest of the day , apart from a short walk in the evening.
Just finished another 30 day yoga course, "True" by Adrienne. Not as brilliant at "Dedicate" in my opinion but clearly worth doing. I'll go back to doing Dedicate again perhaps or maybe mixing the two.
