Sharing...

...a wee flying visit with Paul & Conor this evening.

Uncle Paul, MrR & I were signed up to do the Troon Tortoises 10km. I thought with no election this year it was safe enough to sign up...as usual when you work in politics the best laid schemes gang aft aglay!

Anyway, managed to get finished work en-route and down in time for the start of the race.

Es was in charge of our cheerleading team while we ran. The team consisting of the brother’s, her cousin and puppy Seòras!

Fairly chuffed with my time of 54:45:-)

Then for a bit of refuelling at The Old Loans Inn...where these two shared a pudding...the only two that were up for pudding...but that’s not a surprise:-)

Grateful for a short but sweet catch up.
