The Final Countdown - Nine

Anyone remember these?

This afternoon we went and collected the turkey from the butchers and then on to Salt's Mill. She who must be obeyed wanted something for the house.....which wasn't available.

Anyway, I had a coffee and a mooch around. The kitchen shop had these old pottery designs which were very popular in the 70's when we were first setting up home.

I can't tell you the name, but they are all by Hornsea Pottery, which was very successful at the time. Sadly they collapsed in 2000, and no longer exist, though the site is now a retail shopping outlet.
