Blimey!

Started very early - such a beautiful day it was easy to just get up and get out, so by 7 I was in the office and had a good chunk of time to prepare for the day (lot of detail to get through in two long meetings). Caught up with S over lunch then more meetings and a misunderstanding over the time of my last one meant I ended up with some time to kill before the evening event. The city was looking stunning and I enjoyed 10 minutes on the roof terrace of the hub before heading off to a slightly odd but generally jolly 'academic chat' session. We'll see how that idea develops when we've had a few more of them...!
Home and received a surprising letter....somewhat speechless
