Extremes

Today got up to nearly 20 degrees by late afternoon when I took this, but last night the temperature fell to 2 degrees in the cold North wind.  I was glad to be able to pull the drawstrings on my cocoon sleeping bag very tight!

When I saw the beach in sunshine with snow covered mountains in the background I thought it kind of summed up the extremes of temperature!
