Roast NZ lamb

Its been quite a full day. My new "office" now all set up and catching up with work matters. Awesome internet speed at 160Mbs, thanks M. Sneaked in a short lunchtime ride before NZ woke up at around 2pm, and then a couple more hours at the desk. And now we've just finished dinner...New Zealand lamb that D (as only D can) brought over in her checked luggage! All wrapped up in towels and slicker pads to keep it frozen on its journey. Yum.
