In Britain if such repairs were required you would get a few men turn up, erect some scaffolding, which would hang around for weeks before a couple of blokes turn up, spen a couple of hour carrying out siad repair, then the other blokes turn up again a couple of weeks later and remove said scaffolding - all at great expense. These two guys did any number of repairs today, and all without the aid of a safety net...
