Bikers!

This week is an ‘in, off, in off’ week up until Sunday. I had arranged to meet Aram at ten thirty at the Quays today, we were both cycling there. It takes him about fifteen minutes from town. It took me fifty five, but it was gloriously sunny and I went a good route....down the linear walkway to Monton, along the canal to the Trafford Centre and then through Trafford Park. We rode around the Quays then sat on the deckchairs at Media City for a little picnic.

It was just under a seventeen mile round trip so I’m feeling slightly smug...especially as it was four miles longer than last week. I’m improving fitness and stamina slowly.

I spent the afternoon sunbathing and reading in the garden.
