Golden Glow

I had my Flu injection this morning, then I saw my GP shortly afterwards. She was shocked to see my blood pressure so high.. and so was I!  When I had been taking my BP at home it was low and some days a bit too low. It was after I left the GP I remembered not long after I got the Flu shot I started to feel hot and a bit funny. SO I think I had a bit of reaction from the injection. Hopefully that was it!

It was a lovely mild day with lots of sunshine. In the afternoon a warm wind picked up and it clouded over a bit.

This lovely self seeded Calendula looked lovely with the light catching it.
