Christ Church Meadows

We are now well under water in Oxford with roads closed and houses being evacuated/ pumped out. The situation is dire for those whose homes are affected. A spend of £200.000 to divert water and clear the culverts could have averted this disaster I'm told, but there is no money. There is however a lot of shortsightedness.
