Working......

I really value having this cou tryside on my doorstep. This is where I work, in an office in a converted barn on a working farm. This is a field and lake across the road.

When I got there this morning there was a heron right by the side. Unfortunately by the time I'd walked back he'd flown to the other side of the lake. I took a few pictures anyway.

The last additional photo is the view from my desk...... How lucky am I?
