Oh Dear

Been doctors she says it may well be another 6 months before I'm over this as it's a very slow recovery
So that's what I'm aiming for 
So anything before the 6 months is a bonus 
At least I know now what I'm up against( my age and general health really)
So today is day 1 of the 6 months
I will work towards a full recovery but very slowly...
