Our resident nuisance

As we are only a few miles from the sea its not surprising that we get bothered by seagulls but this one and its mate have been a constant nuisance for months,  including knocking on the bedroom windows at 5am and this one is knocking on the kitchen window while we are having breakfast because the birdfeeder we have fixed to the outside of the window, for small birds, has been emptied (By them !)
They have passed the stage where they fly off when we appear and wait for us to get in striking distance
Any suggestions  welcome !!!!!!
