One man and his dog - and boat!

Such glorious weather!  Too hot for much gardening, other than evening watering.  Perfect for just sitting and enjoying it.

Lottie and I came back from our walk to find Mike down on the slip with the dinghy.  This photo really shows the steepness of our slip compared to the old stone one behind it.  Most of the houses in the village have their own slipways, ours was put in in the 60s, by the council when they adopted the road.  And very handy it is too!
