Canterbury Day Two

In keeping with my early morning walking habit I was out of the AirBnB by 6am for a wander round the town with my camera. It was a good time to take photos while the parks and streets were empty. This is the West Gate and the River Stour.

After breakfast we walked into town to visit the Beaney House of Art and Knowledge, the market, the art shop, lunch at Wagamamas, Westgate Gardens for ice cream and ended the afternoon with a river trip. We’re staying in tonight to rest our weary feet.

We’re planning on visiting the cathedral in the morning before we leave.
