Middleton

We met John and Jennie at the Green Man in Middleton for an excellent lunch and pint of Doom Bar.  Afterwards we drove over to the RSPB reserve at Middleton Hall.  We had a lovely walk through the trees and by the lakes and ended up back at the cafe for a nice cup of tea and a chat.

We saw this damselfly along the way. It posed long enough to take a couple of photos.
