Home cooked fish pie

After a day spent mostly in the garden either reading my kindle or pulling up weeds (yuck!) I managed to find time to make a fabulous sh pie using the ingredients we picked up in Aldi yesterday. Kind of made a little too much so 2 more meals now in dishes cooling for the freezer.

It was a glorious hot and sunny day here today - so love having shorts and a vest top on in the middle of May!

It would have been my dads 83rd birthday today if he had still been with us so raising a wee glass to him tonight.
