Spring honey

Another lovely hot day! I went to help Jane prepare for the course at the weekend and we sat outside for a while.
I have the first spring honey to try as we had to take a few frames out of a hive to allow more room for the queen. It’s delicious! Silky smooth and almost buttery in it’s delicacy. First of many I hope!
