Out of the Nest

Starling chicks always seem to look bigger than their parents. 

I've been out running again today, but this time we were interval training and it was a bit tough. My Wednesday running group got in an Olympic athlete, Helen Clitheroe,  to train a few of us. She's good, but I'm not sure how I got in so deep. You start something in all innocence and then things snowball and take on a life of their own.  I'm sure the training will do me a lot of good though. It started last week and she is with us for 4 more sessions. You really have to take advantage of things like this, don't you? :-)
