Christmas Sweet Treats

Busy day! Niece here baking today - me helping and washing up! We spent 7.5 hours virtually non-stop making champagne truffles, coconut and chocolate truffles, Turkish delight, puff candy (also known ad toffee cinder or as Nigella calls it - Hokey Pokey) and star cookies. Then they all had to go into little bags to be handed out on Christmas Day. We also made choux buns for profiteroles on Christmas Day. Had a great time but have to admit I'm exhausted!
